My first ever time at a hairdressers and it couldn't have been better!! As someone eith quite severe social anxiety, i felt so easy and looked after. I was looked after by Jo and she www amazing!! Not only incredibly fun to talk to but she did exactly what I wanted to my hair. TO THE T! I had such a nice time and ill definitely be going again! If you're an alternative person, like myself, GO HERE AND ASK FOR JO!! SHE WONT LET U DOWN

I looooove this salon! The girls are all lovely and down to earth, and they're all very talented! They hang my jacket in a wardrobe to keep it hair-free, and offer me a nice beverage right off the bat which is lovely 🤗 The massage chairs (at the hair washing station!) are just dreamy 😙 Aaaand I always leave with lusciously soft, healthy hair in bouncy curls 🥰

Katy provided the time and care needed for a new customer. She was warm and friendly and took an interest in hair care. She advised me of good hair care products, one of which I have bought already! It’s the second time I have had my hair cut by her and she is fantastic!! Thank you and I’ll see you in March. I highly recommend this hairdresser.

I have had almost no good experiences with getting my haircut but going to Tony Wood completely changed that. I’m autistic and non-binary so I am always incredibly nervous about big changes and safety particularly with my hair but the salon and staff were so welcoming, and I felt really listened to during the whole process. My stylist was kind, polite, and respected all of my ideas while helping me feel comfortable with how my hair was going to look as well as throughout the experience itself. I felt calm and relaxed and having had the chance to settle into my new hair (we cut quite a bit off), for the first time pretty much ever, I’m so happy with my haircut and finished look. The people, the atmosphere, and the experience was so reassuring and I’m really grateful.
